Tort Class Actions are Preformed By HIGH POWERED Attorneys and The Consumer usually gets a Coupon or some token for their Trouble. 

If No One Answers the Class action, The Attorneys Have no Suit.

So Pretty Much The People who answer the Class Action and who have been damaged are  just Donkeys Carrying  the weight  for  proof.

The Person who starts the action, will get a small finders fee and everyone else gets to go home crying fowl.
